Agreement to Terms

By engaging Pixel Reef Software for services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

Services

Pixel Reef Software provides custom software development services including but not limited to:

  • Web application development
  • Mobile application development
  • Robotic process automation
  • API development and integration
  • Software consulting
  • Programming tutoring and mentoring

Service Agreement

Specific services will be detailed in a separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work that will include:

  • Project scope and deliverables
  • Timeline and milestones
  • Payment terms and schedule
  • Intellectual property rights
  • Support and maintenance terms

Payment Terms

  • Payment terms will be specified in the Service Agreement
  • Invoices are typically due within 30 days of issuance
  • Late payments may incur additional fees
  • Services may be suspended for non-payment

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in writing:

  • Client retains ownership of their business data and content
  • Pixel Reef Software retains ownership of general methodologies and know-how
  • Custom code ownership will be specified in the Service Agreement
  • Third-party software and libraries remain under their respective licenses

Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of your business information and will:

  • Keep your proprietary information confidential
  • Not disclose details of your project to third parties
  • Use your information only for the purpose of providing services
  • Sign separate NDAs when required

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixel Reef Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.

Service Availability

While we strive for high availability:

  • Services may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • Force majeure events may affect service delivery

Termination

Either party may terminate services:

  • With written notice as specified in the Service Agreement
  • Immediately for material breach of terms
  • Payment for completed work will be due upon termination

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Florida.
